Booking process:
• Using the form on my website, you declare your binding booking request and the selected room will be reserved immediately for the selected period.
• After a short time (usually within one working day) you will receive a booking confirmation from me by e-mail.
• Only with this acceptance of your booking request does an accommodation contract come about.
• I reserve the right to refuse booking requests in individual cases or to only accept them after paying a 20% down payment.
Cancellation conditions:
• You can cancel your booking free of charge up to the 7th day before arrival.
• If you cancel later, you remain obliged to pay 80% of the total price as a cancellation fee.
What is important to us:
• mindfulness and respect.
• Please adhere to the specified time slots for check-in and check-out.
• Please do not wear street shoes in the house. (We always provide freshly laundered slippers)
Small print / actually self-evident:
• Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted in the house
• No visitors are allowed in the accommodation.
• No photos or videos for commercial use or publication may be taken in the house and garden.
• Bringing animals is not permitted
• If you do not show up on the day of arrival, you will not be entitled to accommodation for the entire booking period. The obligation to pay remains.
